Session 3 – Agni and it’s importance
Session 4 – Healthy Eating Practices
Session 5 – Doshas; their Locations & Relationship to Time
Session 6 – Prakriti or Constitution. Difference between Constitution & Imbalances
Session 7 – Dinacharya or Healthy Daily Practices
Session 8 – Philosophical View of Health
This Course Introduces Basic Ayurveda Fundamentals which help us understand the Science of the Tridoshas and it’s role in maintaining Health & Treating Diseases.
