Chanting is a wonderful way to separate from a busy mind.
This course takes you from the very start of chanting and guides you through all you need to start your journey to chanting while being delivered in a very approachable manner. Here is what you will learn.
By the end of the 4 weeks, we should have a good foundation for your personal chanting practice.
There are countless benefits to chanting. Besides greater concentration, memory, and peace of mind chanting teaches us to observe how we are listening, grasping and processing while strengthening all three.
There is a specific meter in Vedic chanting where the 6 rules must be followed for it to be effective.
