Experience Teacher, Tara Mitra will guide you as you move through your personal ashtanga sequence.  Tara is fluent in Ashtanga through second series and and is a trained Yoga Therapist that can help you build your practei for longevity and safety.

She is know for her chanting and with her years of training will guide us thorugh correct pronucation as well as well as deeper understadning of ourslelves through yoga philosophy.
