Tara is a Certified Yoga Therapist in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya & his son T.K.V. Desikachar in Chennai, India. Her interest in yoga therapy is a focus to help heal others from injury and imbalances within the body.

Tara will review your complete health and customize a program just for you. All programs are created on a case-by-case bases. Sessions may include breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asana), chanting, meditation, relaxation techniques, and / or the promotion of behavioral changes (through diet).
