the Mentorship Program
Becoming a Teacher Who Carries the Tradition
New Batch Starting 8 September 2026
For Dedicated Students and Yoga Teachers
This program offers more than just knowledge, it's an immersive experience designed to help you become a confident, knowledgeable, and skilled yoga teacher who embodies yoga beyond physical practice.
The TMY Mentorship Program is a uniquely immersive, lineage-based exploration designed to refine your yoga practice and teaching over four years. Unlike modern yoga programs, we honour yoga as a holistic system-integrating Pranayama, Authenticity, Sanskrit Basics, Chanting, and Yoga Therapy into a deeply meaningful learning journey.
You will learn directly from 4 expert teachers, each a leader in their field, with over 80 years of combined experience in Ashtanga yoga, Anatomy & Chiropractic, Vedic Philosophy, Ayurveda and Antaranga Yoga. This is a true lineage-based mentorship, bridging traditional wisdom with modern application and providing the knowlecks and skills needed to become a confident, authentic yoga teacher.
A perfect way to immerse yourself in yoga tradition & holistic knowledge

The mentorship program offers a structured path for dedicated practitioners and teachers seeking a deeper understanding of yoga. Designed as a four-year, 500-hour journey, it provides ongoing guidance. Each year's theme helps to enliven the understanding of oneself, what it means to be a teacher and to share information authentically, keeping the true essence of yoga.
Students may choose to:
• Join for the first trimester to explore the program
• Enrol for an entire year to engage in a progressive curriculum (most recommended)
• Be a part of the complete four-year path for a comprehensive experience
• Attend in-person 1-month immersions for hands-on learning
Those committing to a full year or the entire program are given priority as spaces are limited.
This is an opportunity to grow within a supportive, experienced community while honoring the depth of yoga's teachings.
While the mentorship is a four-year commitment, the Roots in Wisdom Immersions (100-hour in-person summer courses) are available separately for all students. Mentorship students are encouraged to attend each year's immersion to complete their studies together.

These yearly immersions are a key part of the program, allowing you to practice what you’ve learned, receive guidance, and deepen your teaching in a hands-on, supportive environment. Over the next four years, you’ll continue to evolve alongside us, gaining confidence, clarity, and mastery in every aspect of your yoga journey. These in-person Immersions are an extension of the Mentorship Program but are not included (pricing separate). You don’t have to take the mentorship program to join, but it is suggested students in the Mentorship Program join to complete each year of study together.
