Enliven your Practice, Expand your Knowledge, Elevate your Teaching
Become a Yoga Teacher Grounded in Tradition and Holistic Knowledge
The TMY Mentorship Program offers a deep, lineage-based journey designed to refine your practice and teaching over four years. Unlike typical courses, this immersive experience integrates Pranayama, Sanskrit, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda, all woven into a holistic, authentic exploration of yoga.
This program is structured over four years (500 hours total), with 125 hours per year divided into four quarterly themes. Each year, you dive into a new aspect of yoga, starting with a foundational understanding of yourself as a practitioner and teacher, progressing through advanced techniques, and culminating with hands-on learning in summer intensives. You can choose to commit to a quarter, a year, or the entire four-year journey, with priority given to those who commit fully.
Yearly Breakdown:
Four Quarterly Sessions Per Year: Each quarter is designed to deepen your knowledge and practice through live, interactive classes, covering essential elements like pranayama, anatomy, philosophy, and Ayurveda.
Q1 (Ashraya): Foundations and self-inquiry
Q2 (Uchvasa): Deepening the practice and philosophy
Q3 (Mano Vritti): Mental discipline and refinement
Q4 (Ashtanga Marga): Integration of advanced practices
Summer Intensive: At the end of each year, you can participate in a 100-hour in-person immersion that allows you to integrate your learning in a focused, hands-on setting.
Ongoing Mentorship: Direct guidance from experienced teachers throughout the program to ensure steady progress and personal growth.
Mentorship Team:
