We will review three powerful śanti mantras and invite peace and tranquility into your daily life over these five weeks. 

Commonly used before we begin study, embarking on a new endeavor or facing challenges, we take connect to the wisdom and serenity encapsulated in these sacred phrases. Grounding our thoughts and cultivating a sense of inner peace before moving forward.

Śanti mantra are specifically chanted to purify and remove obstacle from the 3 realms:

  • "Physical" or Adhibhautika - obstacles from the external world 

  • "Divine" or Adhidaivika - obstacles from the five elements (pancha bhutas)

  • "Internal" or Ādhyātmika - obstacles from one’s own mind 

By reciting these mantras and contemplating their meanings, we find comfort and peace amidst life's uncertainties.

This course will teach you the transformative power of these ancient mantras to nurture your inner peace and reconnect with your true self.
